Hello,

We are a medium based company that is struggling with our IT company to set up the following.  Our company is AAA Energy.

We have a company for the sake of this email we will call them "Not Our Company" that is going to be sending out forms on our behalf. They allow custom SMTP set up so that when our customers get the email it comes from our domain.

Example: Our employees fill out a digital form on their devise via "Not Our Company's" portal or app and enter in our clients email address for the form to be sent to.  Once they submit the form it is sent from the Not Our Company's server automatically. The from is coming in as donotreply @ notourcompany .com.  We are struggling to set up a relay or whatever it is that needs to happen so that it comes to our server first and changes the from to our domain.  We would like the email to come from donotreply @ aaaenergy .com.  We have the sender donotreply @ notourcompany .com does not have the ability to send on our behalf using our domain.  They offer the"use custom SMTP" and have other clients that are successfully implementing it.

Unfortunately Not Our Company is unable to give much more that using port 25, whitelist IP addresses and a place for our user name and password for authentication.

Can you be of assistance on how to set this up?  Our IT company is struggling and we need help.  Please feel free to email me anything.  ceverett @ aaaenergy .com.

Thank you,

Chad Everett

Exchange 2007 new send connector

Hi,

Currently we are having an Exchange 2007 edge server role to do SPAM filtering and we are planning to replace this server with another in house anti-spam solution.

We have installed a trial version of it and the issue is once we create a new send connector in HUB/CAS server and set the IP of the server which has installed new Anti-SPAM solution as the smart host the outbound email is not working. Mails are not flowing through either Edge server or new Anti-SPAM server. As soon as i delete the new connector its start working. We required to send and test outbound email through the new solution without interrupting the email flow. Appreciate your suggestions to solve this problem.

Thank you and regards,
Kanishka.
