I have a user that is not consistently receiving all her emails. When I traced the latest missing email (we knew about it because the people CC'd on the email received it), it had an eventID of "DUPLICATEDELIVER." This is only happening to this single user, and no others.
I ran a Get-MessageTrackingLog -eventID DUPLICATEDELIVER and it shows that she is the only one who is getting messages flagged with this ID, and most of the ones listed were reported as not being received by the user. The messages are from many different
sources, mostly external (though on rare occasion, internal). This also has only started earlier in the month. We have not made any changes to the server's configuration.
Anyone have an idea as to how I can find the reason the server is marking these emails as duplicatedeliver and ensure she receives her emails consistently?
